How long do pool enclosures last?
Our retractable structures are solid, sustainable buildings. None of the materials used are affected by condensation or pool chemicals. The anodized finish has a 20-year warranty and there is a 10-year manufacturer’s warranty for the polycarbonate sheets against hail and discoloration.
How sustainable is the DynaDome to extreme conditions such as wind and snow?
Our structures are designed and built to withstand your local building code requirements in terms of snow and wind, as well as other structural loads. We reach out to your building department to determine the loads, and then have project specific engineering completed.
How do I maintain the enclosure?
Enjoy your space. No maintenance is required.
What colors are available for the enclosure?
We use longer-lasting anodizing to protect the aluminum (20+ years). The standard colors are satin (silver) and dark brown/bronze. The roof polycarbonate sheets come in clear color, bronze color, and opal color. The vertical walls come in a solid sheet clear color that is transparent giving you the ability to look through the panels in a glass-room look. The roof panels are translucent and let natural light into the space, but they are not transparent and will not allow you to make out details like the moon or stars when looking through them.
